Let's welcome two new yoga instructors to the Our Kakaako family!
Meet Salina Storozuk and Jessica Worchel.
Salina has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years. She has completed her 200-hour teacher training certification on Maui at Maya Yoga Studio in 2013. Maya Yoga combines two traditional styles of yoga, Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga, within the context of a Vinyasa practice. Her classes focus on the basic alignment of mind and body through breath, in order to connect with one's inner being.
Jessica has been practicing yoga for over 12 years. She received her 200-hour yoga certification from Barefoot Movement in Oakland, CA in May 2010. Her teaching focuses on strength building and flexibility by focusing on alignment principles and breathing techniques that keep your body safe.

Kakaako Flow: Yoga for Everyday Living
The yoga offered will be Vinyasa Flow, focusing on connecting breath with movement. You will build your strength and flexibility while finding your center and calm your mind.
Monday and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
